I agree, but...


Mike Jones is destined to be a D-1 head coach in a year or two, possibly at ODU. A raise would be nice, but would not change his plans. He is at VT to learn the D-1 game and how to run a D-1 program, and to enhance his resume, and then move along to a head coaching job.
